Arrive Early: Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and preparation.

Restroom Use: We encourage clients to use the restroom before their service to maintain the flow of appointments.

Running Late? Notify us as soon as possible if you expect delays.

LATE FEES: Clients arriving 10 minutes or more past their appointment time will be charged a $10 late fee at checkout. 

If you arrive more than halfway through your scheduled service time without prior notice, (15 minutes late to a 20 minute appointment) this is considered a no-show. Your appointment will be cancelled, and you will be charged in full.

If you are late for multiple services totalling more than 30 minutes, you will still be charged in full — however, we may not be able to complete all services booked.

EXCEPTIONS: We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us in case of extenuating circumstances, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Appointments MUST be cancelled or rescheduled minimum 24 hours in advance.

Appointments cancelled under 24 hours will be subject to the FULL service fee.


We require a confirmation for all appointments 24 hours before your appointment time. Please tap “Confirm” in your confirmation text or email.

No confirmation on your end may lead to a cancellation to make room for others.

Please contact us in case of extenuating circumstances, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

To ensure you have the best hair removal experience possible, please review our skin preparation instructions carefully:

Please ensure your hair is at least the length of a grain of rice (3/4 inch)

Please avoid applying lotions or oils on skin beforehand.

Wear loose comfortable clothing (we recommend no leggings or thongs)

No retinoids on the area of service at least a week before.

Please avoid stimulants such as caffeine, or blood thinners such as alcohol.

Please inform us if you are on any medications, or have any medical conditions. It may seem personal, however your esthetician is trained to understant how different medical conditions or medications affect your skin.

We require either a card on file, or a 50% deposit for all services.

This protects our estheticians in case of client no-shows.

You will be prompted when you to book online to put a card on file.
Should you remove your card, you will be asked to provide a 50% deposit before each appointment.

If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, this is considered a no-show, and you will be charged 100% of the service fee.

If you have made a deposit and you do not show up for your appointment, your deposit will not be refunded.
