After 15+ years in the beauty industry, building Tropix Gal Inc., becoming an educator, and pouring everything into entrepreneurship, I learned that success means very little when you lose yourself trying to achieve it.
I spent years operating in constant hustle, leading from my masculine energy, believing I had to do more, work harder, and carry everything on my own. Eventually, that imbalance affected my marriage, my identity, and the way I was showing up in my life. Self-development changed everything. The more I worked on my mindset, purpose, boundaries, spirituality, and alignment, the more my business began to make sense too. I became more profitable, more intentional, worked less, and finally started creating a life I actually had time to enjoy.
Your CEO Essence was created to carry that message forward — through courses, manuals, mentorship, memberships, and the podcast — helping ambitious women and estheticians build successful businesses while becoming more connected to who they are outside of them.
